We are a non-profit housing corporation that provides affordable housing for seniors in the St. Lawrence neighbourhood in downtown Toronto. We offer independent living options with 128 one and two bedroom apartments, at subsidized and market rents. All units have smoke detectors and are equipped with sprinkler systems. All units have central heating and air-conditioning. The building is also equipped with elevators. Residents may also be eligible for supportive services from Dixon Hall Neighbourhood Services (an independent care service provider whose offices are located in our building) Our building is modern and well maintained.
Our neighbourhood is a desirable location for the conveniences of downtown urban living and part of the vibrant residential St Lawrence community.
